    Not at all, Rover is an online marketplace for freelancers to offer dog-walking or dog-sitting services. Bazu only partners with established service providers within the dog-walking or dog-sitting space.
  • What is Bazu and how does it work?
    Bazu is the world's first deals and discounts app that connects dog parents and dog-related business together. We are your one-stop deal finder to satisfy your dogs every need.
  • How can I find a dog-related business store on your app?
    You will be able to either search by the particular store you would like to support or by the deal you are looking for.
  • What is the usual online purchase process?
    Browse for the deal that suits you and your pup, add the deal to your cart, enter your relevant information and purchase the item (or service). If the item is going to be shipped to you, the Merchant Partner may reach out to you for additional details, if you are going to pick up the deal from the store, you can simply show the unique deal code at the Merchant Partner to redeem your item.
  • How can get my pup and I started?
    Simply download the App from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, browse what you and your pup are looking for and simply purchase!
  • Will you help deal with goods return and disputes with merchants?
    Depending on the deal, returns may or may not be permitted, however this will be clearly indicated in the terms of the deal. In the case the deal is not honored by our Merchant Partner, Bazu will assist to ensure any problems are rectified.
  • When will my payment method be charged and what forms of payment do you accept?
    We work with Stripe, so when you enter your details and transact, you will be charged immediately. With Stripe, you will be able to use any VISA, MasterCard, Discover, JCB or American Express credit card to make your purchase.
  • Do you offer shipping options?
    If offered, our Merchant Partners will take care of the shipping logistics (at a nominal additional cost to the deal) to ensure that your deal gets to you.
  • What type of guarantee can you provide to ensure the deal is valid?
    If the deal is on our platform, the deal will be honored by the Merchant you purchase it from.
  • What is your privacy policy?
    All of your information will be kept confidential and secure by Bazu.
  • Is there a subscription? Do I need to pay a monthly or annual subscription fee to access these deals?
    No! Downloading and purchasing exclusive deals through Bazu is absolutely free.
  • Will you ensure the safety of fund transactions?
    Yes, payment and payment details are kept confidential and secure by Stripe to ensure you are protected.
  • What types of deal do you offer?
    We offer deals and discounts on all dog-related goods and services, which include treats, beds, toys, grooming and tons of others!
  • What dog-related services do you provide on your platform?
    Our dog-related service partners include, groomers, trainers, vets, photographers, dog-friendly restaurants, pet-sitters to name a few!
  • In which countries can I use Bazu?
    Bazu is currently only available in the United States, however select Merchant Partners will ship their offerings globally.
  • How does Bazu make money and how do I get paid when a deal is transacted?
    We make money through a revenue share agreement that we will sign with you, however, we want to prove to you that this platform works so for a limited time any deal that is transacted on the app, you will keep everything! We work with Stripe, so you will be credited by them once a transaction is complete.
  • Do I have to be a dog-focused business to put a deal on your platform?
    No, you must have a good or service that a dog parent would need or want, your business itself does not have to be entirely dog-focused.

    Feel free to fill out a simple form on our website or please reach out to us at and we will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
  • Do you help with onboarding?
    Yes! We will be there every step of the way to ensure you know exactly how to put a deal on the Merchant Portal so that you can connect with new dog parents.
  • Can I be both a merchant partner and customer of Bazu?
    Yes! Lots of our Merchant Partners are dog parents, please feel free to download the mobile app and create a customer account to enjoy the deals and discounts like everyone else!
  • What are the benefits of being a Merchant Partner?
    We offer you an easy way to automate your business and connect with dog parents nationwide so that you can create loyalty with new customers and generate additional revenue.
  • Where are you in the app develop process?
    We are close to completion, for select Merchant Partners we will be sharing a beta version of our Merchant Portal to get feedback to ensure the user experience is as seamless as it could possible be.
  • What support do you provide Merchant Partners?
    We provide support with any issues that may arise with posting a deal, tracking your deals or anything other questions or concerns you may have.
  • How often do I need to put a deal on Bazu?
    As often as you like! There is no weekly, monthly, or yearly requirement to do so!
  • Will I get charged for using your service and putting a deal on your platform?
    No, using and posting deals on Bazu is absolutely free. We will eventually be charging a revenue share with deals closed but for a limited time this will not be charged so you keep everything you sell!
