Phoebe Lee

Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Bazu, Phoebe was a marketing professional at a creative agency where she worked with several client accounts to expand their brand exposure throughout the SE Asian region.
Growing up in Shanghai, Phoebe was immersed in a house full of dogs with breeds ranging from Shih Tzus, Beagles, Havanese and a variety of crossbreeds.
As a serial entrepreneur, Phoebe has dedicated many years to the dog industry where she conducted proprietary research that drives her insights till today. She has gained practical experience working within the grooming and nutrition space which has given her a vast understanding of the landscape.
Phoebe has a bachelor’s degree in Film Studies with a minor in Psychology from the New School and the School of Visual Arts in New York City. In addition, she has furthered her executive education in Digital Marketing Strategy at INSEAD Singapore.

Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding Bazu, Justin was an investment professional at a global alternative asset manager where he raised and deployed capital across asset classes in Asia.
Throughout Justin’s childhood in Hong Kong, he was surrounded by his family dogs, Tyson and Spike, where he fell in love with training and taking care of his fluffy companions.
He has previously worked at global investment banks and asset managers, on both the sell side and buy side, across Asia.
Justin has a bachelor’s degree with Honors in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
